Protocols and Procedures Regarding Candidates

Seeking Elected Office in the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World, Inc.

 All nominated candidates for elected office in the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World, Inc., is required to complete four courses that comprise the Officer’s Leadership Training Certification program offered by Aenon Bible College;

 The four courses within the Officer’s Training Certification program will be required to complete three required courses; (a) Leadership Style, (b) Personality Types, and (c) Organizational Structure. The fourth required course will be within the professional area with which the individual is seeking office; i.e. a budget and finance related area for treasurers, and a secretarial and office operations requirement for secretaries;

All coursework for the Officer’s Training Leadership Certification program will be offered online starting on January 12, 2026. Information regarding this coursework will be on the Aenon website; www.aenononline.org;

Nominated candidates for the 2026 election will have approximately 90 days, starting on January 12, 2026, to complete their coursework. Students will have from January 12, 2026, to April 15, 2026, to complete their online requirements. The digital window to complete the required coursework with close at 12:00 a.m. on Wednesday, April 15, 2026. After April 15, 2026, there will be no access to the coursework for 2026;

Nominated candidates who do not complete the required coursework for the Officer’s Leadership Training Certification will not be permitted to run for office in the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World, Inc.

Nominated candidates for elected office in the P.A.W. should consult with their respective Auxiliary leadership to confirm additional dates and requirements associated with the Nominating Committee of the Auxiliary;

The cost for the four courses is up to $160.00 ($40 per course based on whether you have already completed them before). Payments must be made online to Aenon Bible College. Please consult our website for additional information;
